Mid-year Updates

I have made a minor change to the blog. Instead of tab labeled "Zaptions" I have changed it to say "Review Materials". Not only will you find the short zaption videos with embedded questions, but there are also links to power point presentations and other videos.

I am also trying out a new weekly homework assignment called "Spiral Homework". I've been doing some reading on what makes learning successful, and one strategy recommends combining new material with old material. The process of working to recall information helps it stick. So by spacing out practice and weaving together old and new I'm hoping we will make these ideas and concepts stick.
