We will start preparing for midterms next week! I've created a slide show for review and added the link on Google Classroom and on the Review Materials Page. Students can also review using Quizlet. I model the midterm after MCAS to prepare students, so it will include multiple choice questions, vocabulary questions and open response questions.

This Spring 8th grade students will take the Science MCAS (actually it's Science Technology and Engineering).
There is a reference sheet that some students can use during the test if they require extra assistance, but I believe this is a great way for all students to review. I'll be honest, it took me a while to figure out what some of the acronyms were referring to!
I have linked it on the About page of each Google Classroom for students to access, and I will link to it on my Review Material page as well.
